The answer is yes, provided the LLM doesn't measure anything. By using Claude Code and Chrome DevTools MCP, the AI orchestrates deterministic JS "Skills" in a real browser. This talk covers solving parseable outputs, remote execution, and context management, defining the line between AI orchestration and deterministic measurement.
